A third of appointments are available to book on the day. To book a same day appointment please ring as early as possible (lines are open from 8am).

A third of appointments are available to book for the next day, the rest are available up to book up to 10 days in advance.

Telephone advice: if you feel that telephone advice could save an unnecessary trip to the surgery please tell the receptionist and she will book a telephone call back from the doctor. This will still need an appointment slot, though the doctor may call at any time in the day.

Please request a double appointment for multiple problems and intimate examinations.

If you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.

Home visits are available for patients who are housebound or too ill to come into surgery. Unfortunately, as there are such demands on our time, we are unable to offer home visits for patients with transport problems.

In some instances you may feel that telephone advice is all that is needed. Tell the receptionist that you would like a telephone consultation.

Register at the Surgery?

If you would like to register with this practice, you need to bring in your medical card and complete some registration forms. If you are taking regular medication, you will need to make an appointment to see the doctor. If you wish you can also request a new patient medical appointment with a nurse.
