What If I Don’t Have A Re-Order
Slip?
We can still help. Please write out
your request giving:
• Name, date-of-birth, address, home telephone number
• Name of medication
• Strength of tablets
• Quantity of medication needed

Post?
If you enclose a stamped, addressed
envelope, we will post the
prescription back to you. You should
allow a week to get your
prescription back.

Prescription
Pre-payment Certificates (PPCs) help
people who require large quantities
of, or regular prescriptions to
reduce the cost if they are not
entitled to free prescriptions on
other grounds. PPCs are available
for 4 months or a year. A PPC will
save you money if you regularly need
more than one prescription per
month.

local pharmacy

pharmacy registered to sell PPCs
