Heidi is designed to automate various administrative tasks and will enhance the quality and efficiency of the service provided to you from our clinicians.

You can always opt out of this of course, just talk your clinician at your appointment.

What is Heidi and How Does it Work?

Heidi Health is new advanced AI medical scribe software that transcribes verbal interactions into text, generates notes and dictates findings and management plans during a consultation. It's speech recognition power interprets complex medical dialogue and categorises data onto health records. This frees your clinician from note taking and allows them to spend more time listening to you and providing personalised care. Your clinician can add or amend these notes, and Heidi doesn't make decisions about your care, it is purely an administrative tool to improve the quality of your consultation.

Data protection – Heidi utilises stringent protocols to ensure it doesn't use patient identifying information to use for improvements, any identifying information stays within the practice.

Compliance - advanced measure ensure all information is handled securely, is transparent and in your control. Heidi is GDPR & NHS compliant, Cyber Essentials Certified, and ISO 27001 Certified.
